About PandaDoc
The first idea for PandaDoc originated in 2011, but the company was later founded in 2014. By now, the American software company has two headquarters: in Belarus (Minsk) and in Florida (St. Petersburg). PandaDoc offers an all-in-one solution for document automation. PandaDoc’s software makes the creation, approval, sending and electronic signing of documents a lot more efficient and faster. And all this with a user-friendly interface and at a reasonable price.
Many people use PandaDoc and also recommend it as they offer a wide range of functions. They also offer a free plan and you don’t see that with many other electronic signature software providers.
PandaDoc is SOC 2 Type 2, UETA & ESIGN Act compliant. The signatures that are created via PandaDoc are legally binding. PandaDoc is also committed to be compliant with GDPR.
Plans & pricing
PandaDoc offers four types of plans. All plans offer insight into the entire document lifecycle via the mobile app and can also be managed through the app. The prices are based on an annual subscription. If you decide to pay monthly, prices are higher.
Before you choose a plan, you can first use the 14-day trial period.
Free eSign – Free
If you just want to e-sign documents, we recommend choosing the Free eSign plan. With this plan, you can easily upload and send unlimited documents for electronic signature. You can also collect payments.
Essentials – $ 19 per user, per month
The cheapest plan has all the features of the free plan, plus audit trail, templates, drag-and-drop document editor, pricing tables, document analytics and 24/7 email and chat support.
Business – $ 49
The business plan costs $49 per month and includes all the features of the Essentials plan, plus CRM and Zapier integrations, content library, custom branding and approval workflows. For an additional fee, you can also take advantage of other useful features such as bulk mailing or self-service forms.
Enterprise – price up for discussion
The Enterprise plan is for teams that need more features. With this plan you benefit from single-sign-on support and custom user roles, Salesforce integration, unlimited team workspaces and reports on user performance and content. Of course, this plan also includes all the features of the Business plan. For an additional fee, PandaDoc also offers API capabilities with this plan.
