About SignNow

signnow logo

SignNow was founded back in 2011 by Chris Hawkins and Andrew Ellis, who saw an issue in signature and notary fraud. With the idea to revolutionize the use of legally binding e-signatures for electronic documents and contracts, SignNow was born. Meanwhile, SignNow builds and offers tools that empower individuals, small businesses and enterprises to digitize their approval processes, eliminate errors, create productive teams and easily integrate eSignatures into the apps and systems their customers are using. SignNow is now part of airSlate.

With SignNow you can sign and send documents for signing, generate agreements, negotiate contracts, accept payments and automate business processes. You can integrate SignNow with a lot of existing CRM or other productivity apps such as SalesForce and NetSuite.

SignNow had compliance standards defined in the US, Europe and around the world. All data is encrypted with 256-bit encryption. SignNow holds PCI DSS certification, is SOC 2 Type II certified and is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. Furthermore SignNow complies with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ESIGN and UETA. The company also has the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) certificate.
